24/7 Helpline

Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, so you would only be a phone call away from expert advice and guidance.  You and nominated members of your team would have unlimited free access to this facility as part of your service agreement with us.

Whether you have a general query or a sudden crisis we will be there to support you.

Examples of some common queries:-

  • Is there a maximum/minimum workplace temperature

  • Does the company have to pay for all personal protective equipment

  • Do we have to pay for eyesight tests for everyone who works on a computer

  • Can we use generic risk assessment

  • If an employee is signed off sick can they still come into work if they want

  • How often do forklift truck drivers need to carry out refresher training

  • Do we need to have fully qualified first aiders

  • One of our employees has just had an accident at work, do we need to report it

  • Do we have to supply personal protective equipment to agency staff we are using


Should any of your employees or other persons affected by your operations be unfortunate enough to suffer an injury or accident due to a work-related incident we will be there to guide you through the correct procedure.  If the incident falls into any of the reportable categories, we will attend the location of the incident/accident if required, to assist with the investigation, and again this is a free part of your service agreement with us, to give you peace of mind that you would not be alone in what can be very stressful and upsetting circumstances.
